HELP DESK SUPPORT
THE CONTACT CENTER PROVIDES A FIRST-LEVEL TECHNICAL SERVICE:

- Solution proposal if the problem is already known
- Submission of the problem to the Labs if the Help Desk is unable to solve the problem independently
