The Challenge

In 2015, the Bayer Group spin off its chemical operations, creating the Covestro Group, which, following its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, became completely independent of Bayer. This transition involved the need to preserve the stability of the existing IT infrastructure while continuing to use the solutions already in place, without compromising reliability and operational efficiency.
